At church last Sunday we sang this song and it was exactly what my heart needed...a reminder that God is making me stronger, He's healing my heart and He's holding me in His hands. I'm a new creation thanks to Christ and I don't have to use my own strength to keep my face off the sand because He's holding my head up. I hope you enjoy my new jam as much as I have been.

Made New
Music has always been really important to me. There's something about music that connects with my soul and speaks to my heart. I'm not a music snob and anyone can tell you I'm not musical at all...I somehow faked my way through band for 8 years and though I love singing, nobody enjoys hearing it. But that doesn't matter. It's powerful when you are overcome by the words or beat of a song, I don't know how else to describe it. And there always seems to be a song that speaks directly to my heart no matter what it is I'm going through.
